Burogest is located on the outskirts of Namur and targets companies and organisations by offering them a range of services that support their development. The Namur business centre also boasts several rooms to rent for your professional events, whether you are expecting a small group or a large number of participants. 

Renting a room for a corporate event at Burogest  

Renting a room from Burogest saves you a considerable amount of time: our team takes care of everything, from equipping the room to storage, not to mention catering. Our employees are present on-site during your event and can answer your questions and satisfy specific needs you may have.  

Whether it's a seminar, a meeting, a team-building session, a conference, a product launch or any other type of event, Burogest has the perfect room to host your event! Our rooms can accommodate between two and two hundred people. They are available during the day or in the evening, Monday through Sunday. 

The bright, modern rooms are all equipped with projection and audiovisual equipment, a writing set, microphones and Wi-Fi. The site is easy to get to and also has ample free parking.

Reserving a room from Burogest means benefiting from a range of additional services and facilities that will ensure your event proceeds without a hitch.  

  • Bespoke service:  

We offer a number of solutions that can be adapted to your needs, whether it's a one-on-one business meeting or a conference with two hundred people, with or without catering or technical/administrative support. 

  • Easy access and ample parking: 

Burogest is located in Loyers, off exit 15 on the E411 (Brussels–Luxembourg). The proximity of the Daussoulx (Charleroi–Liège) interchange makes it an ideal location. In addition to being easy to get to, the business centre boasts ample free parking. All of our rooms are also accessible for individuals with reduced mobility.  

  • Availability of Burogest staff: 

Prior to the event, our employees are available to provide advice and guidance, depending on your specific needs and the package you have chosen. During your event, at least one member of the team is standing by to respond to any unforeseen circumstances: technical support, making copies, etc.  

  • A bespoke catering service: 

Our business restaurant, Respire, provides a bespoke catering service for your corporate event: all-inclusive packages, lunch, coffee breaks and snacks, ‘after-meeting’ options and more. The restaurant can be entirely privatised or booked in part. 

  • Modern and fully equipped facilities: 

All of our rooms come with basic equipment, which is included in the rental price and prepared in advance: projection equipment, microphone(s), Wi-Fi and writing sets. Other equipment is available upon request: PC, additional microphones, podium, etc.
