Whether you are organising a seminar, a meeting, a training session, a team-building event, a conference or a product launch, you will find the ideal room at Burogest. Our spaces can accommodate between 10 and 150 people, and are available Monday to Sunday, during the day or in the evening. 

Our bright, modern rooms are all equipped with projection and audiovisual equipment, a writing set, microphones and Wi-Fi. 

The site can be easily reached by car, train, bus or bike, and also has a large, free underground car park for those attending your meeting/event.

Bespoke service: We offer a variety of customisable solutions for your project, ranging from one-on-one business meetings to conferences with 150 people, with or without technical support, administrative assistance or a catering service. 

Easy access and ample parking: Burogest boasts an ideal location near the Brussels ring road and Brussels Airport. Moreover, we have ample free parking, and all of our rooms are accessible for individuals with reduced mobility. 

Availability of Burogest staff: Our employees are available before your event, and during it, in order to offer advice and personalised support, whether for technical support, managing copies or anything else you may need. 

A bespoke catering service: We offer a bespoke catering service for your corporate events, with all-inclusive packages, lunches, coffee breaks and snacks, after-meeting options and more. 

Modern and fully equipped facilities: All of our rooms are equipped with projection equipment, microphones, Wi-Fi and a writing set. These are included in the rental price. Additional equipment is available upon request, such as PCs, additional microphones or a podium.
